New West Location Directions

Our New West location is located in the Mercantile Building, closest to the intersection of Blackwood St and Columbia Street, a block from the Columbia street Skytrain station.
Accessibility: The office is located 1 block from the Columbia Skytrain Station and is also accessible by Translink bus routes 103, 105, 109, 321, and N19. The building is not wheelchair accessible. The office is on the second floor of the building with 3 flights of stairs (approx. 8 steps each flight) and two landings. There is no elevator. The washrooms are gendered single-stall. The counselling office has a wooden floor with a movable area rug.
***If my office space presents access barriers for you, please email me. I am able to book a wheelchair accessible space and elevator accessible space in New West at a different location. Please email me to discuss this option.
Parking: 2 hour free parking found on Blackwood St, as well as Clarkson St (about a block away). Pay parking is available on the street and in the New West Downtown parking complex, entered off the ramp at the foot of 4th street. Turn South onto 4th street (toward the river) and this brings you into the parkade.
When you arrive: To enter the building, please use the arrows on the intercom to scroll to “Eleonora J.” and press the call button. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 min before your session start time as I will be in session and won’t be able to buzz you in any earlier. Come up the stairs to the 2nd floor and turn right. Please wait in the hall and I will come greet you. I can also be reached at 604-799-0379.
North Vancouver Location Directions

Our North Vancouver location is located conveniently at Highway 1 and Lonsdale Avenue in the Lonsdale Medical building.
Accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible with automatic front doors and an elevator. The washrooms are gendered with multi-stalls and can accommodate a wheelchair. The counselling office has a wooden floor with a movable area rug. The office accessible by Translink bus routes 230 and 239.
Parking: Free parking is available outside the complex and in the London Drugs parking lot adjacent to the medical building.
