Currently, we offer remote/virtual counselling via the Jane App or Zoom. In-person sessions are currently available with Eleonora at our New West Location and with Sofia in North Vancouver.

We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions, address concerns, and to figure out how we might best work together. Please email info@crescentcc.ca to request a consultation as the consultation is not available to book through our online Jane platform.
Fees
Crescent Counselling’s fees are aligned with those recommended by the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) in BC. Counselling is not covered under the basic BC Medical Services Plan, however, your Extended Health Benefits through your school or employer may cover the cost of services offered by RSWs or RCCs.

A portion of our practice is dedicated to sliding scale spaces for clients with significant financial barriers who would otherwise not be able to access counselling services.

First Nations Health Authority: Eleonora is a registered mental health provider with FNHA.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments otherwise a charge of 50% of the session fee will apply. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee. Appointments needing to be cancelled or moved to Teleheath in the case of any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Payment: We are currently able to accept credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or e-transfer.
